I try to always remember to laugh at life… To laugh at myself, dance freely, dare to love, to be brash enough to speak my mind and most importantly… Be willing to take risks!
This book is a testimonial of my willingness to do just that. It steps you painstakingly through twelve true stories of my life from 1996 to 2008. The common theme in these stories is me getting myself in a “how the #%& did I get here?” scenario and having to dig my way out of trouble. Some times more successfully than others.
You’ll cringe as I nearly sell my girlfriend to an African man for twenty goats. You’ll shake your head as I get kicked off the bus in Bowral, fight a Turkish dog for its blanket, almost marry off a Cambodian monk and try to ad lib perform on a big inflatable ball.
Throughout it all, I hope you’ll laugh, as I had to laugh. Not always at the time mind you!
I hope you enjoy them. If you do, be sure to let me know. Feedback is always great. If not, keep your thoughts to yourself. Feedback is over-rated.
